What Are Your Goals as a User Researcher?

The first thing that I would do is before we run into almost solutionizing of SQL I would say, what are my goals as a user researcher for this team? Right? So what do you do? What do I want to accomplish? WhatDo I want to help support the team on? What are the things that the team might be struggling with right now in this phase? And what are they trying to do? And how can I help them through this phase?So really taking that step back. We always were discovering new problems or trying to discover new problems or try to understand new things that we didn't even know about. That's what we're trying to understand. The unknown unknown
