Meditation for Panic Attacks

meditation is step number one for me when i'm having a panic attack. One thing that i've found is if you just focus on breathing in for five seconds and then breathing out for five seconds at six breaths a minute, get your heart rate down. Your body's going to reflect that state its magic, yes, deftly. You know, how you can, through the power of your breath, which is the force of life that runs through the universe,. All all living things, tan, you know, in some way or nother, reathe you, yes, it's that life force.
