The way people talk about mental illness is still as though someone's a criminal, he says. Find somebody in your medical community or psychologist community who's an expert in diagnosing ADHD and ask them to test you for the condition. Don't just rely on your views. Ask your partner. Ask your parents if they're still around from x years ago. And then find out what kinds of treatments do I really benefit from and which might be harmful to me?
