Preston: It's hard to imagine how you can get an incentive by the home builders to build more when you have everybody tapped out also in terms of their debt loads. So unless the solution that I've kind of conceived of here on how to actually fix this is number one, you need to empower more developers to be more successful. And so like I think the combo of those two things is required if we want to see more supply actually start to take a chunk out of the unaffordability problem," he said.
