Is It Important for Parents and Schools to Foster and Encourage It?

How would it look in a classroom if a teacher pursued ideas? And how might it look at home? Because maybe it is more realistic to practise this at home with your young child than in the class room. It has to be both, because for s i'm going to guess here, like yours and mine, they're going to have chances to pursue their ideas at home. So do think it's really important to do both, for parents to foster and encourage it, and for schools to foster and encouraging it.
