When Patty Jenkins spoke out in that article, it was so emotional for me. The discomfort of that cognitive dissonance is so extreme. I just feel it's really important for anyone that was in that experience or any experience like it to just always speak out and not speak out and anger and hate and blame. That message just gets lost and it just creates, you know, a fight that's irrelevant. It doesn't solve anything. People just need to not be harmed and that is the goal.
