We believe in harvesting the plant when it is really ready to be harvested. Our agave is right at the skirt of a volcano of Tequila. So we have a very rich mineral soil. And then you know it is the craftsmanship that comes into a product. That the whole idea is that our products are sipping Tequila. Well we will carry on savoring this.
