The Ego Is a Load of Lies

Lying is key for the ego, because the ego fundamentally is based upon a lie. The church lies to its own cardinals and priests, first and foremost. Another mechanism is ideology and paratime blindness. Every collective ego uses ideology just like almost every individual ego does. Other mechanisms include narratives, identity and a sense of history.
