Ali Grahman: We already covered the first two stages of OCD recovery in the previous videos and today we're going to talk about the third one. So where we left off is in the second stage you are getting less thoughts. As you are doing the recovery work, that pummeling effect from the first stage is starting to lessen. It's becoming increasingly more time between the thoughts and the anxiety to each individual thought is also low wearing.
