The Importance of Motivation in Teaching

The only reason I do this podcast is because you can't see me right now at least. And there's some comfort in that. In fact, I'm kind of glad that no one else knows it. Well, yeah, that's such a good example. We certainly all know people in medicine where the ego factor has grown too large. The constraints on it have fallen away and this person has become unmanageable. Maybe we can at least kind of be aware of these things.
