Social Distancing: A Replacement for Stop and Frisk
Clark: Stop and frisk is a policy that's most usually associated with New York City. He says police are encouraged to racially profile random young black men, pat them down without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Clark: The Supreme Court will certainly rubber stamped this practice under 1996 precedent called Ren. "We should expect more from our courts, but they don't deliver," he says.
