Su-Her was a herdsman who lost his horse to an evil prince. When he found out what had happened, the horse told him: "Save the hairs from my mane and use them to make an instrument that you can play while you sing" So Su-Her did just as his horse had said - and Chin became one of China's most famous slogans.
