Podcasters Are Waiting to Respond, Not Listeners

A lot of communication is simply you waiting to respond to something someone said instead of actually listening. When you are actually listening, you're not formulating what you're going to say while the other person is talking. And whenever you listen to podcasters, especially if you were to catch Mike and I say at Macstock and you were to see us talk, we tend to just talk that way.
