The average peak age for a historian is 79 years old. A good historian depends on learning from the past and then using that to interpret, you know, whatever it is they're analyzing or making assumptions about the future. You see many of these people in Silicon Valley who are CEOs for a while become mentors to the next generation of CEOs. And I think that's probably what you're feeling a little bit. It's part of becoming like a different mindset, which requires that you accept the changes in your own capabilities.
