The Importance of Planning

On sunday, i plan my meals for the following week. One of the things i dread the most is not having a plan. If i can at least plan my dinners, i know exactly what i'll need to do as far as grocery shopping over the week end. I love knowing ex actly what i'm going to eat and knowing that it's going to be balanced and good for me.
