How Long Does It Take to Paint a Wall?

When evaluating a team of painters who are painting on a large project, velocity is an important factor. If I have four painters and I asked them how long it would take to paint that wall, the first painter might say they could do it in about 30 or 40 minutes. But then another painter says he can't because his niece has one of these color by number coloring books with a little plastic handle brushWith a couple of water and a little palette of paint.
