I went into emergency medicine and started out when I graduated from training at USC where we both trained. And the contrast between what I realized was happening on the outside, when you're in training, everybody knows this. You go from the all it's like mentors and learning all the time to what I found to be kind of sad, lonely garbage in my specialty at the time. We just launched one of our products. It was on 2012 is our first thing came out. So then in long long long story short, it sort of took off from there and we just got more demand.
