How to Train for Climbing

Key things I think for all climbers are and one is working your upper traps so your scapula works. Most of those really developing slightly smaller muscle groups which are have to be more used when you can't get the laps and biceps involved as much. You've got the thing called MTB in the hand lifts so like front raises in front of the body with your thumb downwards but then spreading the needle yeahYeah, that's a good sort of plank based exercise. And if any climber tends to start having sort of start feeling like their neck is getting sore or um they're starting to have shoulder issues it's not always the case but I personally start using this exercise a lot.
