Is SMIC the Best in China?

I think it depends a lot on which of the foundries we're talking about. TSMC, you know, the ultimate bell weather for for foundry looked look pretty decent and stock is up since then. And I thought SMIC was sort of the oddest, like they did fine. But it's I don't quite know what to make of it.
