Are You Asking or Not Asking?

The asking is separate from the energetic erotic tension between two people. If you don't have any erotic tension or if it's awkward and I'm like fidgeting and we're not making eye contact, can I kiss you? Right. The answer is going to be no, but it's not because I asked.
