The smaller the berry, the more therapeutic and the more concentrated those plant count pounds. Black is an amazing color in nature we think of choke berries this is the time of the year at least in the Pacific Northwest that we have blackberries they're all over my street. If you were stranded on a desert island I would say I want the blackberries I'm going to get more fiber because each of those little sections of the plant are fiber. More pigment, which means more protection, more polyphenol.
