I Love Institutional Design

I think a big bias to the tech people is we do not understand or appreciate or have any interest in institutions. Like when you look at how normal people learn new things, it's through some kind of institution. I've been working for the very first time with teams to teach them how to implement mindful productivity systems and tools for thought. Chago: Where have you taken those thoughts on institutional design, what institutions would we need, what would you see anyone build?
