The Milky Way Is Pulling on Stars

The milky way is tugging on these things. There's rarely strong gravitational forces from the centre of the milky way. So if you were living on a habitable planet, and it could be anywhere in the solar system, would you not want your habitable planet to be in a cluster? You'd be more likely to get thrown out of whack there than other places. If stars are near each other, they can perturb each other's solar system.
