The Role of the Gym in Tendon Pain
People complain most about back injuries, especially if they happen in the gym. Most people don't really care about those too much; that's just part of being alive. The communist Chinese have back pain and Brazilians have back pain. If you can believe this, the New Zealanders have back pain too. And it's normal to have back pain because our bipedal stance is not terribly well designed for the long run.
