The Importance of First Touch Points With Brands
I really do believe that brands should start thinking more like, like restaurants and health. The way you activated the whole listing, I thought was a touch of genius in terms of you actually cooking in whole foods. There's a whole theater. And I think when you're a brand, that first touch point with a brand is so important. It's like going to a mixture of star restaurant. And the front of house, you want to be welcomed with with a greeting. You know, according to the times, if you've seen one of these, I want to go into.
