The Army Will Provide Command and Control for Joint Operations in the Indo Pacific
The army is uniquely well placed to provide command and control for the joint force. We will provide area security and quick reaction forces when needed. Using our long range hypersonic weapons, mid range capability and precision strike missiles, we will be able to interdict fires across sea lines of communication. And lastly, something that is often overlooked is the likelihood that a conflict in the indo pacific will also include attacks on the us. Here, too, the army will be important.
