Jonathan Strader's Complaint: Failure to Accomodate
Jonathan Strader's complaint had five causes of action which I'm going to identify here. Ms. Strader spent about six years at CVS with them understanding that as an observant Christian, she could not do anything to facilitate the drugs that would contribute to abortion or to infertility. That stems from her perbaptist faith. And our argument in short is that Title VII, I spent a little time talking about, puts an affirmative obligation on CVS to accommodate her religious observance.
