I think the really important thing to note in those dynamics is to never make it an ultimatum. Cause i've had that where people come and they sak down. Isn't iexatits the shake down n its like hay glen, i have been offered a job. It'sa forty grond more. So what i need from you is forty grand more or i'm out. But as an employer, i want an environment where i've got team members that they're too good that i want to lose. And i want them to know that they've got it too good here, that they want to leave. Which goes back to a genuine win win to balance,
