How an Artificial Deadline Makes You More Productive

i leave at three forty five, hit the gim, and i'm home for dinner. I am completely convinced that an artificial deadline makes me more productive. It frees up time to put my energy and effort into the places that i value most. We're cleaning the house, and guess what? We're cleaning for one hour. Whatever we get done in one hour is because if you clean all day, by the time it you can clean for four hours and it's not all done. You had an artificial deadline that actually made you weigh more efficient and weigh more effective. This is why i have a hard into my day.
