The Importance of Load Management

I think we've, you know, sometimes we forget that a lot of the decisions that are being made is not the player walking into the general manager's office or the coaches office. I mean, it's often the team's to how sport science has evolved and you're looking at schedule back to back three and four nights. This isn't changing the schedule. It's just saying, all right, well, we have the 65 game limit. You don't have to convince those guys to play basketball. They wouldn't be those players if they, if that games are the fun part. That's what people want to do.
