Are the Watchers of the Old Testament a Part of the Book of Genesis?

I'm of a little slightly different opinion that i don't think these are all just later creations, particularly when you see similar traits and motifs shared among many of them. And so they were transmitted over time and then finally written down and maybe developed into other ways. He's often associated with what's called the book of or the story of the watchers. The way that these later texts often portray it as these sons of god are actually angelic figures. They're trying to do something to help people draw closer to godnd.
