Running Kills Muscle Cells, Right?

Rucking is a great alternative to running, as it builds muscle cells. The more mass you have, the worse running is for your body. I definitely prefer rucking over runningif i need to do cardio, i'll put on my forty pound rucksack and just go to a park by just rock. It's not fun. So ou get and so the faster you go too. Ats osman en, walking is just, it a foundational movement. Leg i think that's such a useful movement because when stuff does hit the fan and you hate to get out, youre pobly ae to walkye.
