Work From Home

Young people might be worried that in like a work from homeset up, they're not getting face time with their colleagues or bossesr ormentorship. I think if we are still conceiving of the office as a place where face time is the primary way that you learn about company culture and make an impression then yoav, thisis real strugg all right. People who have been with an organization for longer have already made that pression to go there. You don't internalize the company culture, but  you just have a better set up to succeed at it.
