There's about 21 and a half billion square feet worth of industrial real estate in the US alone. I wouldn't be surprised if we see more REITs or more institutional funds come up and buy more of these properties to aggregate them all. The biggest ones are going to be big distribution companies, third party logistics, three PL's, big manufacturing companies. Those are the ones that most people are likely to lease out.
