Neurosurgery and the ICH Score

I think the ICH score is fine in terms of talking about the severity of illness. But we should not use it to limit life-saving treatment upfront, just based on their survival pattern. And that's an important message to send when you're transferring patients. We've got to look at that whole patient and neurocritical care as a field, I think carries the burden of some of these self-fulfilling prophecies.
