Just really focusing on the temperature of the light that you're exposed to and also when you're eating windows are. If you just nail those two and add in some breath work, some hot and cold therapy of whatever nature, you're pretty much golden. And then the rest of this stuff is kind of just icing on a cake for people that are nuts like me that just want to take it to the next level or people that are extremely sensitive. It sometimes three to five days prior at the time where you would let's say you would be 30 to 60 minutes before sleep at your destination.
