The Challenges of DevOps Teams

Kyle: Organizations aren't thinking about topologies. At my previous company, there was just literally one team whose responsibility was like to press that button. That team came out of a knee jerk reaction due to some outage that happened right before I joined the company. Jordan: Are you guys at Rocket, when you're at GitHub, are they still like a lot of challenges with like how the teams are structured and things like that? Kyle: Sure. It definitely wasn't structured in a way that try to create the least amount of like strife to get something done.
