I would drink every night because the anxiety, I felt like was making me a bad mom. The problem was that I needed more and more alcohol to cope. Alcohol is a depressant. If you are consistently using alcohol as a numbing agent, it is what is adding to your depression. This little thing of trying to find natural ways to deal with my anxiety on so many levels led to the life I have today.
