Is Aleteness Character Traits?

We're talking about how it's contextual. You can be a lead at x without necessarily being a lead at y. Adaptability in transference is sometimes part of that, but not always. But i think that if you're looking at somebody who can sustain success, there are a set of character traits, a beliefs and values, i think that are important to them. So for example, humility, you know, so again, during this next learning corps fere, they're starting to adapt and transfer.
