A lot of problems look like Ben shaped problems. I had 100% faith that for every single one of these jobs that I put him in, he was going to absolutely crush it. We felt like we just needed all these things felt like crises at the time. And then as the only person at the company who could possibly do that job, I don't know if that was really true.
