Hospital medicine is a thing that doesn't exist in every place. In the U.S., there's someone who practice hospital medicine. They mostly take care of and say an adult, but they can also be pediatric patients. But you may not see that person in clinic in your day to day life. And I think that's what homeless people see internists or as their primary care physician.
