How to Manage Egos at the Festivals

Every summer when I was growing up, we would go and work at the festivals in Newport. It was a folk festival and a jazz festival. You learn that if it rains, it rains. But actually the festival is more memorable if it rains because like the stalwarts stay in something magical happens. And you also come to appreciate troubleshooting because sometimes things just happen.
