The Finger Nails Are Self Renewing, You Know?

We easily take these, these tools that are our finger nails, for granted because we use them all the time to varying degrees to interact with the world around us. But they are self replenishing, you know, unlike the various real tools we use onon the unnatural material s and those we inevitably have to replace as they wear out. Ye, it absolutely makes logical sense, but it's just hard to square that with my experience, because i feel like i never notice my my finger nails just being worn away.
