The Best Sectors to Avoid in a Bear Market

The sectors to avoid, unfortunately technology is at the top of the list. The things that people can cut back on, you don't want to be owning those stocks. In terms of healthcare, we own Merck and UnitedHealthcare. We're looking at possibly pulling some of that off the table as evidence of a hard recession or a hard landing increases if we go into the last quarter of this year.
