The Problem With High-Q People

I'm not sure how strong this claim is I think I just heard it somewhere but there are like management theory papers that say that this is just statistically true as well. Bill Clinton can make himself liked by very ordinary people that are quote more than two standard deviations below him on some test right so he has a good sense of how ordinary people think. The special subcategory that really like programming and like algorithmic type thinking  are the least likely just statistically to have really good insight into what ordinary people think, says David Walliams.
