Wu: There's, there's three groups of athletes to be on us. One has done nothing, they've been away travelling and have no running load. The other is a track club member who trained like a 408 hundred meter runner. And the third group are those that follow the plan - one session per day. That usually is enough to really set them up for a good pre ses.
