Do You Have Adoption Rights?

In developed countries, a most of europe, the united states and large parts of south america, that actually have good access to birth control, as well as available abortions they have less per thousand women. The only outcome you could want from this law is to punish people for having abortions. That's the outcome that will come from the law. I do believe that the social issues, o that go into abortion are equally as important, if not more important, than making abortion legal. But making abortion illegal does bring it down by as much 15%. Now, that is a small percentage, but it is a small step in trying to save lives.
