Wy combinator is known for being anti investor, pro founder. They really do have an axe to grind with investors. Wy combinator created this to neutralize neuter ankle, whatever word you want, investors. It would be considered a much more founder friendly of the two documents. This edge case must be the talk of the town amongst attorneys. I don't know if you represent toptell or either side of it, so i don't want to get you in trouble.
