Is There a Mismatch Between Digital Natives and Millennials?

Millennials are in a unique position to be a change agent, if indeed from underneath. It takes that right perspective and the alignment of those things to really do it right or to do it at all. Since digital natives and millennials can struggle to fit in, does that hinder brand's ability to attract and keep young talent? Yeah, it can at least. I would say if there's not enough attention for these young folks that enter the company and they bump into these walls too often, then at some point they will get the feeling like there's just a mismatch in what they expect from life and from work.
