The Importance of Liturgical Formation

I think exposing people to the mystery of the divine liturgy is the most powerful form of evangelization that we have. I understand why preaching has lost its bite and maybe it's because too many are speaking off the top of their head again rather than from the depths of their heart. We often approach things in a utilitarian way even the way that we approach God that our liturgy should be efficient and they should be done in a timely fashion. priests should not preach any longer than eight minutes or we're going to you know bore our communities.
